Several of my students and parents have asked for some recommendations for board games and Christmas music, so I thought I would compile a few ideas ahead of the holiday season!

Games
You can check out my personal favorite games and descriptions here! I highly recommend all 5 of those, but for some other options, check out these below!
Spot It
This is a great speed matching game for all ages with many fun varieties! There are at least 5 variations you can play with the cards, and the case is small enough to fit into any backpack or purse.
Wavelength
Wavelength is one of our favorite games for a casual game experience specifically for playing with different age groups. It’s a social guessing game where teams compete to place a dial on a scale from one extreme to the other based on another teammates’ clue. Play if you think you can get on the same wavelength with your friends or family!
Decrypto
If you like Codenames, I would highly recommend Decrypto! It’s a two-team game (3+ players) where each team gives clues for their secrets words based on a unique 3-digit code while the other team tries to intercept the code. It’s great for families!
Christmas Music
Charlie Brown Christmas
Charlie Brown Christmas is one of the most popular choices every year! There’s two versions that make it accessible for nearly all levels of piano students. The easy piano version is great for elementary and intermediate pianists and the piano solos are arrangements for advanced pianists.
Duet Books
Four-hand piano books are great for siblings or friends who play piano! Here are my favorite Christmas duet books.
Christmas Solos
Here are some Christmas solo books that I would recommend! Feel free to reach out if you’re not sure which level is best.
Books
Getting to know the world’s greatest composers
These are the most popular books in my studio bin! They’re informative and funny!
